2. The service: a player, with no content

Playflux is a free player that opens, in your browser, M3U/M3U8 playlists and the audio or video streams they point to. Playflux does not host, provide, sell, index or recommend any playlist, channel or content. Streams are played directly from the third-party servers that broadcast them. By using the site you accept these terms.

2a. Unlimited lists (paid option)

The player is free. Saving more than 2 playlists in “My lists” requires a one-time payment of 1,99 € (taxes included), no subscription, processed by Stripe. It unlocks unlimited saved lists for life (the lifetime of the service) on the website and in the Playflux app, using a personal code sent by email. The code is for your personal use; a code that is resold or shared publicly may be deactivated.

As the digital content is supplied immediately after payment, by paying you agree that performance starts at once and you waive your right of withdrawal where the law allows. If anything goes wrong (code not received, double payment), contact us: we refund on request within 14 days.

3. Your responsibility

4. Reporting

Playflux stores no playlists and therefore cannot remove anything from its servers. If a share link pointing to Playflux gives access to unlawful content, report it through the Contact page; also contact the stream's host, who alone can remove it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the playlist-fetching feature in an automated or large-scale way, use it as a relay to other services, circumvent its technical limits or disrupt the service.

6. No warranty and liability

The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. Playback depends on third-party servers, formats and your browser. To the extent permitted by law, Playflux is not liable for the content played, its availability or damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

7. Personal data and cookies

See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
